Welcome to Kamloops! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, clean and spacious, open concept property offers the perfect opportunities for guests to relax and unwind after a day of mountain biking, motorcycling, hiking, working, or cheering on your favorite sports team. This property is close to McArthur Island, the Airport, brock shopping center, Restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores and so much more. Access to backyard with a mini oasis and hot tub.*Please note the hot tub is a 2-3 person capacity*
The property is the top floor of a half duplex. We are in a quiet and respectable neighborhood; therefore, no parties. Quiet times between 10 pm and 7am are very necessary. Please be respectful at all times.
The backyard is accessible by the front door only and the walkway is shared by the downstairs tenants. The hot tub is in the backyard where the downstairs tenants live but is semi private and reserved for Airbnb guests only. You may cross paths with our tenants - if so please say hi! :)
Please do not leave pets unattended in the backyard.
Hot tub hours are also between 8am and 10pm. We value our relationship with our neighbours and downstairs tenants - please be respectful!

Summary: The living area was large and comfortable for our family to visit, and had 3 nice bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. It was wonderful that we could bring our dogs, and having a dog bed there was a nice surprise. We were able to cook meals for everyone as the kitchen was well-supplied. I’d definitely go back and would highly recommend this place!

Summary: This place is comfortable and large. Traveling with a teenager and preteen makes it harder to find places with enough room but this place made it it easy to spread out after a long day of being in a car for hours and do our own things. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for healthy meal preparation which we try to do even on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Great location in relation to mac park, 10 min to downtown. Great space, comfy, wonderful backback yard, and the 2 person hot tub was fantastic, turned the heat down to make it comfortable in the hot weather. We hope we didnt disturb the people below us! Definitely recommend, and look forward to staying again!

Summary: Location perfect for us, plus we liked the area. Unit quiet, super clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well set up with anything we needed, and living area had lots of room for our family. Great to have our dogs there. Owners incredibly responsive when we had questions. Would stay again.

Summary: This house was perfect for our weekend at the Scotties. Bonus was the two car garage that was available for us to use as it was a snowy weekend in Kamloops. Also pleasantly surprised that the neighbors shoveled the driveway. All in all would highly recommend
